Hi, Denny and Drew. I was listening to one of your podcasts the other and Denny you were talking about BRY 97 and how much you liked it. How do you think it would work in a Black IPA?

I just used it with a Rye IPA that had a large whirlpool and dry hop. My take on this yeast is I feel it somewhat muted the hops a bit and was a bit slow to take off. Just my 2 cents but I feel there is much better options out there.
