I attempted to make Drew's Amirillio Saision. I have never used Wyeast 3711 before. It really did it's job. 1.060 to 1.009!
Normally I cold crash for 12 hours, use a clarification agent, let sit and cold crash for another 24 hours and I get nice bright beer.
This 3711 does not want to leave lol. I cold crashed, and clarifies 2 times. I would love to taste the beer but all I taste is the yeast!
Any suggestions would be great. I think I just need to be patient but I am not good at that.
