Hi guys. Great book. The best thing I have read in ages. Living here in the UK some areas of the hobby need dragging into this century and this book contains all the info to do it!
My only quarm is the mention of Brewmeister on page 84. I may take a black marker and erase their name from such a brilliant tome. What a farse that was!
Anyway rant over let's continue with the experiments!!

Thanks for the good word!

Thanks for the good word!

And yeah - I think all the questions/studies about Brewmeister came out after we submitted - but the point in the book still stands - it's a bunch of silly noise over something that isn't really a thing. It's all so much distraction from the real process at hand.

Hi Drew

Hi Drew
I agree completely, sorry I must have had some home brew and was in the mood for a rant!
I am just about to start chapter 7, this book is the best thing I have ever read, just what we forward thinking brewers needed well done!

I make beer, I teach beer, I love beer, I drink beer, I work with beer. What more is there to say?
