1.0 lbs Table Sugar
Mash at 150F for 60 minutes
0.75 oz Magnum 11.5%AA 60 minutes
Wyeast 3787 Trappist High Gravity
Special Instructions / Notes:
To dissolve sugar in wort - use a hop/fruit bag. Fill the bag with the sugar and then suspend the bag in the boil. Tie it to a mash paddle or spoon straddling the kettle so it stays centered and off the bottom. In 10 minutes or so, the sugar will be completely dissolved and no fuss was involved.
