This was my 20th batch of beer and my first all grain batch. 

3 lb. 2 row pale malt

3 lb. Munich 10L

2 oz. chocolate malt

2 oz. Crystal 80L
 

Mashing Instructions: 

Mash at 155F with 9.5 qt.

Sparge with 1.5 gal. at 170F

Hops: 

1 oz. Spalt Select hops - 5.8% - 60 min.

Yeast: 

Wyeast 1338

Special Instructions / Notes: 

Boil 60 min.

Ferment 2 weeks at 65F

Condition 2 weeks at 35F
