0.5 lbs Caramunich

0.3 lbs Carafa II Debittered

Mashing Instructions: 

Mash in - 122°F for 20 minutes

Low Conversion Rest - 148°F for 30 minutes

High Conversion Rest - 158°F for 30 minutes

Mash Out - 168°F for 10 minutes

Hops: 

1.5 oz Magnum 12%AA for 60 minutes
2.0 oz Willamette 5.5%AA - whirlpooled for 20 minutes.
 

Yeast: 

Wyeast 1007 German Ale
White Labs WLP036 Düsseldorf Alt

Special Instructions / Notes: 

Chill the beer to 60°F before pitching. Ferment for 1-2 weeks before racking to a lagering keg/carboy and lager for 2 weeks at 35°F before packaging and serving.
