Yeast: 

WY1056 American Ale, WLP001 California Ale

Special Instructions / Notes: 

Ferment in the mid 60°F to reduce esters and allow wheaty sweetness to predominate. Carbonate to 2.5–3.0 volumes for maximum fluffiness

Just wondering if we need/should be adding rice hulls w/wheat malt making up 50% of the grist. If so, how much, for consistency purposes? Thanks! Nicki
