Malt/Grain/Sugar/Extract: 

2 row - 12 lbs

Flaked oats - 1.5 lbs

White wheat - 1 lbs

Crystal 20 - 1 lbs

Corn sugar - 1.5 lbs ( if you want 7-8% ABV )

Mashing Instructions: 

Ph target - 5.2

60 min mash @ 156 F

Hops: 

all CITRA - (Yakima Valley Hops / discount code IRIEBEER10 )

0.62 oz @ 60

0.75 oz @ 30

1.25 oz @ 10

7.0 oz Whirl Pool @ 165 F / 25 minutes

DRY HOP @ final gravity - 7 oz.

Extra Ingredients: 

1 Whirlfloc tablet @ 15

Yeast: 

Imperial Yeast DRY HOP

Special Instructions / Notes: 

75 minute boil

target to ferment 6 gallons

 

Dry hop and cold crash @ 35 F for 2 days, or whatever works best for you .

 

Keg or bottle 5 gallons

Water Treatment: 

2:1 chloride to sulfite

calcium chloride , epsom, gypsum
