6.0 lbs Rahr Pilsner

2.5 lbs Mecca Grade Wikiup Red Wheat Malt

1.0 lbs Flaked Wheat

 

Mashing Instructions: 

Single Rest - 149°F for 60 minutes

Mashout - 168°F for 10 minutes

Hops: 

1.0 oz Strisslespalt 2.0%AA for 60 minutes

1.0 oz Strisslespalt 2.0%AA for 30 minutes

1.0 oz Mosaic "American Noble" 2.2%AA - Steep/Whirlpool 20 minutes

Yeast: 

SafAle BE-134 Saison

Special Instructions / Notes: 

Ferment starting at 64°F  and allow to ramp to 82°F after 1 week.
