Mashing Instructions: 

Single infusion - 150°F for 60 minutes

Hops: 

5 oz Zeus (Whole)             16.4%AA    First Wort Hop

7 oz Centennial (Pellet)     8.3%AA     60

2 oz Amarillo (Whole)        9.5%AA     10

2 oz Centennial (Pellet)    8.3%AA     Dry Hop

Extra Ingredients: 

1 tsp yeast nutrient
2 tsp Gypsum
1 whirlfloc

Yeast: 

Wyeast 1450 Denny's Favorite and Wyeast 1272 American. Ale II

Special Instructions / Notes: 

Beer is first runnings only. Batch is split into two separate portions. Each gets on strain of yeast. Beer is blended together after fermentation

What beer style would you suggest for the second runnings of this? I figure you have at least 1.040 left.
