1 lb Medium British Crystal (50-60°L)

1 lb Flaked barley

0.75 lbs Roasted Barley

0.75 lbs Pale Chocolate

Mashing Instructions: 

Mash at 154°F for 60 minutes

Hops: 

1.5 oz Challenger (8.5%AA) for 60 minutes

1.0 oz EKG (or Willamette) (5%AA) for 20 minutes

Yeast: 

Wyeast 1084 or Saflager 34/70 (for fun)

Special Instructions / Notes: 

Water Treatment: 

Carbonate to at least150ppm.
