3 lbs per 5 gallons Pineapple Puree (Oregon Fruit Puree or Frozen Fruit) - added to secondary or just before terminal gravity in primary

Wyeast 2565 Kolsch (or equivalent)

It was juicy and bright with a nice big nose hit of pineapple without tasting like a can of juice.
