Malt/Grain/Sugar/Extract: 

White wheat - 6 lbs

Bohemian Pilsner - 6 lbs

Vienna - 1 lbs

Carastan - 1 lbs

Mashing Instructions: 

Mash in target 122 F - rest for 20 minutes

raise mash to 156 F- 60 minutes

mash out 168 F

Hops: 

1.50 oz Willamette @ 60

1.50 oz Willamette @ WP - 195 F / 20 mins

Extra Ingredients: 

balanced mouth feel

calcium chloride / epsom / gypsum

 

1 Whirlfloc tablet @ 15

5 grams yeast nutrient @ 15

Yeast: 

Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen

Special Instructions / Notes: 

Ferment @ 66 until

activity is finished , raise temp to 70 for 1-2 days , cold crash and keg or bottle to 2.7 volumes
