Rest at 152F for 60 mintues

0.5 oz Target 11% AA for 60 minutes
0.5 oz Bramling Cross 6%AA for 0 minutes
Yeast:
Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale
So I had a spontaneous brew day and had the grains on hand to brew this recipe with the exception of Simpsons. I used crystal 60. I aslo used Magnum in place of Target and Mosaic in place od Bramling Cross and fermented with Bry 97 dry yeast. Althought the beer I brewed is nothing like this recipe, it is a damn good beer.
