Main Rest – 152°F for 60 minutes

Citra 18.0% 1.0 oz 45 minutes
Citra 18.0% 4.0 oz 20 minutes whirlpool at 180°F (82°C)
Sabro –% 2.0 oz Dry Hop for 5 day
Citra –% 1.0 oz Dry Hop for 2 day

Yeast:

Omega Tropical OYL-200

Misc:

Whirlfloc – 15 min Boil
0.5 tsp – Yeast Nutrients- 15 min boil

Water Profile:

To RO Water Add
Mash – 2.5 g – Calcium Chloride (CaCl2)
Mash – 2.8 g – Epsom Salt (MgSO4)
Mash – 2 g – Gypsum (CaSO4)
Mash – 6.7 ml – Lactic Acid 80%

Notes:

Pitched at 76°F and fermented at 83°F followed by a crash to 38°F
