Mashing

146°F (63.3°C) for 75 minutes
Ramp and rest at 168°F (75.5°C) for 10 minutes
Mash at 5.25 (using lactic acid to adjust)

Hops:

Hallertauer Mittelfruh 8 IBUs 60 minutes
Hallertauer Mittelfruh 4 IBUs 15 minutes

Yeast:

Imperial L17 Harvest

Notes:

Ferment at 50°F

Calcium – 34 ppm, Magnesium – 10 ppm, Sodium – 3 ppm, Sulfate – 75 ppm, Chloride – 35 ppm, Bicarbonate – 16 ppm, Alkalinity – 13 ppm, Residual Alkalinity = -17.17
