Briess White Wheat 40%

Mashing

152°F (66.7°C) for 60 minutes
Ramp and rest at 168°F (75.5°C) for 10 minutes
Mash at 5.3 (using lactic acid to adjust)

Hops:

El Dorado 8 IBUs 60 minutes
El Dorado 9 IBUs 10 minutes
El Dorado 1 IBU Whirlpool – 170°F for 10 minutes

Yeast:

Lager yeast of choice (Imperial L17 Harvest is Caleb’s choice)

Notes:

Ferment at 50°F

Calcium – 34 ppm, Magnesium – 15 ppm, Sodium – 4 ppm, Sulfate – 75 ppm, Chloride – 50 ppm, Bicarbonate – 16 ppm, Alkalinity – 13 ppm, Residual Alkalinity = -20
