This is Common Space’s default recipe. It’s meant to be a lightweight hop flavorful but not bitter lager beer. The “Salvo” extract is an aroma/flavor extract that contributes 0 bitterness. Having said that, Common Space says “do what you will” and make a beer. Don’t forget – proceeds from the commercial side are going to multiple funds and Common Space is donating to United Way’s Wildfire Response Fund |
Ferment at 50°F until attenuation is roughly 75% (~1.015-1.016). Raise to 55°F and allow to finish |
