Great show today! Just happen to be sipping on a Gratzer of my own creation as I listen. My take on this 3% beer of mine is that it is the perfect post workout refreshing gulper! Beautiful light smoke with an effervescent mouth feel and a soft tartness that must be coming from the wheat. The head on this one is small bubbles that I think would last overnight if I let it! Brew one man!
By the way, I’m a biab guy so stuck mash is a non issue.
