5 oz Honey (added with 10 minutes in the boil_

Mashing Instructions: 

First Wash - Use 50% of your mash water for 60 minutes at 170°F (Pull the runnings to the kettle)

Second Wash - Use 50% of your mash water for 60 minutes at 180°F (Pull the runnings to the kettle)

Hops: 

2.0 oz Cluster 6%AA 90 mins

2.0 oz Cluster 6%AA 60 mins

2.0 oz Cluster 6%AA 30 mins

1.0 oz Cluster 6%AA Dry Hop

Extra Ingredients: 

1.5 tsp Salt (10 minutes boil)

Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale
