Malt/Grain/Sugar/Extract:

Weyerman Kolsch Malt 7.75 lbs
Rahr White Wheat 0.75 lbs
Midnight Wheat 0.33 lbs
Sinamar 6 oz (added late)

Mashing Instructions:

Mash at 148°F

Hops:

Magnum 17%AA 0.25 oz 20 minutes
Saphir 3.20% 1.75 whirlpool
CTZ Cryo 1.75 Dry Hop 1
Strate 5 Dry Hop 2

Yeast:

Imperial G03 Dieter

Special Instructions / Notes:

Pitch at 62°F and ferment for the first 3 days.

Raise to 68*F after 72hrs at which point DH with CTZ Cryo.

When fermentaion slows, DH with Strata and rouse after 24hrs with CO2. Wait for hop creep and crash

Chill to 29°F and add biofine. Lager for 2 weeks
