Special Instructions / Notes:
Pitch at 62°F and ferment for the first 3 days.
Raise to 68*F after 72hrs at which point DH with CTZ Cryo.
When fermentaion slows, DH with Strata and rouse after 24hrs with CO2. Wait for hop creep and crash
Chill to 29°F and add biofine. Lager for 2 weeks
