Mash at 150°F for 60 minutes
0.75 oz Magnum 11.4%AA for 60 minutes
1.00 oz Loral "American Noble / Debittered Leaf" - Primary Dry Hop - 2 weeks
Wyeast 3724 Belgian Saison

Beer was open fermented with a cracked PRV valve.
This beer was a split batch, hence the dry hop in primary. If doing solo, I was originally planning on adding the hops as a 20 minute whirlpool.
