Drew, I didn't see an efficiency listed here.
To make this recipe work, I have to use 64% as the efficiency. Does that sound right?
I'm brewing this Tuesday the 31st (tomorrow). Would it compromise the experiment if I bump up the hops to around 25-28 IBUs? It's not critical to me, but I might like slightly more hop presence. Thanks!
