Efficiency?

Drew, I didn't see an efficiency listed here.

To make this recipe work, I have to use 64% as the efficiency.  Does that sound right?

  Pounds PPG Efficiency Estimated Points
Pilsner 8.75 37 0.64 207
Wheat 0.5 39 0.64 12
Sugar 1 45 1 45

Slightly up the hops?

I'm brewing this Tuesday the 31st (tomorrow). Would it compromise the experiment if I bump up the hops to around 25-28 IBUs? It's not critical to me, but I might like slightly more hop presence. Thanks!
