Columbus (Whole, Wet) -%AA 16 oz Hop stand (175°F for 60 minutes)

Cascade (Whole, Wet) -%AA 16 oz Mash Hops
Cascade (Whole, Wet) -%AA 8 oz 30 minute
Cascade (Whole, Wet) -%AA 16 oz Hop stand (175°F for 60 minutes)
Cascade (Whole, Wet) -%AA 4 oz Dry Hop on Day 7

1 Whirlfloc tablet – 15 minutes boil
6 drops Fermcap-S – flameout
1 tsp Yeast Nutrient – flameout
2 drops Olive oil – fermenter
1 campden tablet – bottling

2 separate mashes (each grain bill the full amount listed above) – mashed BIAB style
Fermented at 68°F
Both batches blended together to add the Columbus funkiness to the Cascade batch. Equal parts in the blend
