Mashing Instructions: 

Single Infusion - 150°F for 60 minutes

Hops: 

1.0 oz Splat Select (Whole) 5.6%AA First Wort Hopped

2.5 oz Splat Select (Whole) 5.6%AA 60 minutes

Extra Ingredients: 

1-2 tsp Sinamar added to the boil

Yeast: 

Wyeast 1007 German Ale / Wh

Special Instructions / Notes: 

Ferment at 55°F until complete, crash to complete.
